Mr. Waymond Wesley, Founder of Student Success Agenda, is a 20 year educator who has served as a principal in elementary, middle and high schools. He has also served as an Education Director for a school at a Residential Treatment Center for adjudicated youth. He has worked in public, private, and alternative schools that served urban, suburban and rural populations.

Mr. Wesley was born to a 15-year-old drug addicted, homeless high school dropout and never knew his father, overcame childhood poverty, homelessness and abuse to earn a football scholarship to The University of Texas in Austin in 1986. He became the first in his family to graduate from college, earning a Bachelors’ and Masters degree in Education there. While in college Mr. Wesley dedicated his life to helping youth overcome life challenges to accomplish their dreams and goals. His mother’s untimely death at 42 years old to drug overdose fuels his passion to provide mentoring and support for students.
